1. Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared based on your location and product type.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- A refund, if replacement is not possible
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, edubrainum will bear the return shipping cost
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
